Biography

Ernst Schranz obtained a BSc in Mechanical Engineering in 2011 and a Master’s degree in Industrial Technologies in 2014 from the FH NTB in Buchs SG, Switzerland. During his master studies he was working as a scientific employee at the FH NTB in Buchs SG. After his studies he started as a Development Engineer at TRUMPF Switzerland AG in 2014. In 2017 he moved to GRITEC AG as a Development Engineer and in 2020 he was promoted to the Head of Business Unit “System Innovation. Ernst Schranz has been CEO of GRITEC AG since 2020.
